These are brand new metal hands for use with most of our regular battery movements. They have a nice dark blue steel finish to them. They could be sprayed any color you wanted. The minute hand is 3-3/4" long (measurement is from the center of the hole to the tip of the hand). Make sure the minute hand will reach the numbers on your clock face.
